How does Takeout Titans make money?

We've designed a very simple fee structure for our clients so our interests are aligned for a long-term working relationship.


  • $99 one-time setup fee. This covers the cost to onboard your restaurant, digitize and make your menu interactive, and optimize it for all desktop and mobile devices.
  • $99/monthly. This fee covers our Facebook ads management and marketing services that helps generate more orders for your restaurant.
  • $1.49 per order "convenience fee" billed directly to patrons. This makes the platform completely free to you.
  • No hidden charges, contracts, or cancellation penalties.


Note: We offer add-on products/services depending on your needs like a sales optimized website and branded mobile app.

What if I don't have a website?

If you don't have a website or rely only on your Facebook page, we can build you a beautiful mobile optimized website that is designed to generate orders. This is a simple, cost effective add-on.

How can I get more orders?

The first approach to get more order is make sure your social profiles like Facebook, Google My Business page, Yelp, and TripAdvisor all point to your website.


But we help take the next step and manage a digital marketing strategy on Facebook for you as part of our solution. We're like an agency that will take your photos and descriptions of the dishes you've supplied us, craft them into posts, then promote those posts via the Facebook Ad platform. This is where our experience shines and you can focus on running your restaurant.

Does Takeout Titans integrate with POS systems?

Not at this time. By our counts, there's over 160+ Point-of-Sale systems on the market, each with proprietary software. This makes it a massive undertaking to integrate with most of them. However, in the future as those systems evolve their software developer kits, we may consider such integrations.


However, for now, our clients are happy to keep Takeout Titans open on their device, like a tablet, next to their POS system and enter orders in as they would a phone order or Uber Eats as they come in.

Can customers place an order in the future?

Absolutely. When a customer arrives on your website or menu, after-hours, they will see a notice letting them know they can place an order now and schedule a pickup or delivery for a time when you are open. This way you can take orders 24/7 and collect orders while you sleep!

How are transactions processed?

We integrate with Stripe for payment processing of all orders, and they are fully PCI compliant.

When you register with us, we'll collect some basic information and assist you with creating a Stripe account, if you don't already have one. Stripe processes all orders to your own Stripe account and we never handle any of your revenue.

Stripe's fees are 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction.

How do I receive my funds?

Since we help you get your own Stripe account, your revenue will get collected into that account, then swept automatically to your business bank account daily.
